Peltekci Agency is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@peltekci.com and send your item to our return address.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, mail it to our designated return address. You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
